Process in 4 steps: interviews with TA executive, then manager, then case study and a final call with the member of marketing team. I experience it to be as the best interviews experience I have had so far. TA team is doing their tremendous job in following up with candidate before and after all upcoming interviews, set your expectations, provide you with needed information so you are set for success.
