A hiring manager chat with the CTO followed by a phone interview with the same person. The interview was focused on coding and language syntax. CTO cut the interview short in 15 mins without any pretense to be polite. I found his communication style a bit terse and assertive and laser focused on implementation minutiae. There was not even a followup email after the interview. In hint sight, I felt I dodged a bullet.
