Process took three weeks. Very straightforward, two rounds with paralegal supervisors and the opportunity to speak with a current paralegal. Questions concerning interest in the position, relevant experience, and more general behavior,

straightforward, 2 rounds split into parts
1st = HR 30 min chat, 30 min chat with manager
2nd = chat with NYC manager, DC partner, and panel of current paralegals
It was mostly personality / interest questions. Lots of leftover time to ask them questions.

Many questions about experience, work ethic, and a time you were challenged. Make sure to be yourself, it is very relaxed and they just want to know they can work with you
