Entretien
By call, They asked about availability, How you would approach customers. They also asked about shift availabilities and explained the pay and how comissions worked. Overall very friendly and not too bad

Fairly straight-forward, although took weeks for HR to update me on an interview; I'd completely forgotten about the application and moved on. In the interview where I was already nervous, knowing how fashion retail managers can pretend to be friendly while secretly assessing you within an unstructured interview style, I was also asked about my age. I found this unnecessary and unusual as I've never been asked about my age and don't think it should factor into my employment (legally speaking). I left feeling hopeless and like I wasted mine and the manager's time.

Question 1
Why Paul Smith? Have you worked to KPI's? What would you do if someone stole your client? How would you elevate customer service?

It was fairly straightforward. The interview itself could have been organized a little better, it got rescheduled too many times and often on the very last minute. Keep in mind this was during the start of lockdown and everyone was just trying to figure out zoom meetings.
