Interview was a bit tedious but understandable since you’ll be teaching young beauty professionals. I had a total of 3 rounds. One with the director of the school, one with the education leads and one technical interview. Both in person interviews went well and the technical was a little overwhelming at first. The in person interviews was nothing crazy, the usual behavioral questions they ask you. The technical interview was a short technical on how you can teach theoretical and practical skills. I created a powerpoint presentation and performed that skillset.
