It was a very simple process. You come in when you are scheduled to do your job and then go home. The only thing was it was like 2 days only of training. You are thrown into the call center with little to no knowledge of how to do your job. You literally have ask older seasoned call center reps for help in how to handle difficult situations you have never dealt with before.
