I applied to the position. I received a call from the schedular a day or two later to set up a time to talk with a recruiter which took place another two day. Was not expecting the type of questions she ask. I felt unprepared and I prepared myself for this interview.

Phone call first, then meeting interview on teams meeting to answer interview questions with the human resources recruiter. I heard back a month after I applied, the difference from phone call to meeting interview was about 5 days.
