Phone interview by corporate followed by an in-person interview by the medical director of my home center. I felt it was a very fair process and all staff made me feel very welcomed. I also had to take a written medical assistant skill test.

They made me take a test of basic medical assistant skills.
Phone call first, then meeting interview on teams meeting to answer interview questions with the human resources recruiter. I heard back a month after I applied, the difference from phone call to meeting interview was about 5 days.

Entretien
I was interviewed online first and then there was an in person interview. After that, I didn't hear back from anyone and its been several months. I did call them and ask about my status but still no clear response.

First it was a phone call explaining the job and asking for availability then it was a zoom call w in depth interview questions but overall it wasnt too bad
