I arrived at their office where I was surprised with a written test that took about 30 minutes. Then I was surprised with a performance test, where I had to make agar solution and pour into plates and then I had to isolate bacteria onto several different plates. I had to do this while wearing a suit because I was not told I would be undergoing multiple performance tests and therefore did not dress appropriately. These tests took about an hour and were very uncomfortable to do. I then had an interview with 4 people in a conference room along with someone on Skype on a laptop. The main person interviewing me, I forget his name, was rude and patronizing. I stayed throughout the interview even with all these red flags because I was desperate for a job at the time. The whole interview was 2 hours long, which they did not feel the need to tell me beforehand. Ultimately, I am glad I was not offered a position here.
