Multiple interviews with several members of the management team. Process included a phone screening, an observation of students (which was very helpful to me) and a skills assessment. Everyone is spoke with throughout the process was kind and understanding.

Entretien
I received a phone screening from the clinical director first. I went into the office to observe current trainers working with clients and to complete an in-person interview with the clinical director. Came back for more observation and to complete some cognitive tests and a writing sample.
Note: Some of the observation and testing was completed in a group setting with other potential hires. I came back a few times over about two weeks to observe, interview, and complete testing before getting hired. The entire process is conducted by the clinical director - I did not see the executive director/founder until after getting hired.
