J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Patagonia (Melbourne) en avr. 2024
Entretien
Went for an interview, they were very informative during the interview process and assured they would get back to me within a week. After two weeks I had heard nothing in which time I had accepted another job. I contacted the recruiter who was also reaching out to me before the interview took place and both the recruiter and Patagonia ghosted me. It would just be common courtesy to reply as it's very easy and quick. For this reason, I am happy with the decision I made.

Question 1

J'ai passé un entretien chez Patagonia (Washington, DC)
Entretien
The interview process took THREE MONTHS!! It took them three weeks to even reach out for an interview then that was to ask about availability. Then it took another three weeks to actually do the interview which was a group interview. I’ve never done a group interview for a management position. Then they made me go on 3 different interviews just to not select me for the position. A complete waste of rearranging my schedule because they scheduled the interviews last minute and expected you to be free for them. The last interview wasn’t confirmed until the day before the interview although I informed them of my availability two weeks prior. This is very unprofessional and unorganized and clearly I dodged a bullet.
