Phone screen first then group interview which involved 30 minute of interview questions and 30 minutes for interviewee's questions. They switch off who answers interview questions first as well as order to ensure it is fair and that people don't get to go off of other people's answers every time. You will get put on the spot so be sure to be ready with answers that are applicable to the position.
