Group interview. Most questions were behavioral. Very relaxed and cool managment. One manager and one veteran sales associate interview a group of us. Overall, They are looking for open minded and very social people who can maintain a very inviting working environment.

It was a really nice and quick process. They were attentive. They made sure that they were actually on time and were quick to get right to their point. It did not take long for them at all and it was an easy going time talking to them.
