After a screener with a very engaging and energetic HR rep, the hiring manager interview was a joke. It was so obvious she didn't like my profile and didn't want to go forward, which is fine, I can accept that, but there should be a level of decorum on the interviewer's part that isn't so aggressive and "This isn't worth my time." She ended the interview 10 minutes early, which really, I'm not upset she didn't feel I wasn't a good fit, but at least put on an act for the mere 30 minutes that you have me take out of my day to talk with you to listen to my answers and let me feel comfortable even approaching you with mine.
