Interviewers were very laid back and were very realistic about the position. They asked a lot of informal questions such as "What is your favorite super hero and why?" There were two groups of people being interviewed. They split us up into two groups and had one person interview us before switching and having the second interviewer come to our group and asking us the same questions. The guy even playfully said after asking us "Why do you want this job?", that we don't have to suck up to the company and that he understands that it's nobody's dream to be a food server for the rest of their life. So, like I said, very laid back and casual.
