A day after crushing the initial interview and receiving an email stating they were pleased to push me forward in the interview process, and after I scheduled my next interview, I was sent a calendar cancellation and email noting they have decided to no longer move forward. Now this is no problem at all, however, claims of it being tied to skill and expertise (as if there was a lack of it) was offensive, considering I am actually overqualified for the job and during my initial interview, was praised for answering all of their questions within two perfectly articulated responses. It felt a bit like gaslighting and I’m happy I don’t have to work for a company that conducts themselves in such a tacky, unprofessional manner. Be truthful about simply not wanting to pay a fair, livable wage to individuals at a customer service level as it was obvious when asked what I was looking for as far as salary (which was very reasonable) or just say you’ve decided to proceed with other candidates. Don’t copy and paste “one size fits all” denials that don’t correlate with the individuals it’s being sent to.

Entretien
The hiring process at this company was unfortunately not a positive experience. I went through five interviews and a lengthy assessment, which required a significant amount of time and effort. Despite completing all steps, there was little to no communication regarding the status of my application, and I only received an update after following up several times. In the end, I was rejected, but the decision-making process did not feel transparent and seemed to rely more on personal “fit” than qualifications or skills.
I would not recommend applying here unless the company improves its communication and approach to recruitment.
