I applied through linkdin and they scheduled by first round of interview which was technical discussion with the lead. interview went well and after 1 week or so i got the call from HR to manager round that is In-person interview. and that interview also went well. when i follow up with the HR they said we are screening other candidate. my point is if you are screening other candidate then why you guys called me for face to face interview. and its been 2 week since i given the interview i didn't get any update from the HR weather feedback is positive or negative.
