Overall, the interview was unnecessarily drawn out. I participated in a telephone interview with one of their managers. The second stage was a Skype interview with a senior manager and then a third interview, also via Skype, with their Head of Operations. The interviews were informal chats and very repetitive - I was asked to briefly give them an overview of my experience and then asked same two questions by all three interviewers. The whole experience just seemed a bit pointless and, after the third interview, I just withdrew my application, more out of boredom than anything else.
