A Skype interview of about 45 minutes in Japanese. Interviewer was friendly and seemed primarily focused finding out exactly what type of company you wanted to work at. The questions were fairly stereotypical, and the interviewer was very helpful in correcting your Japanese. I heard back within 2 weeks that I moved onto the next step.
