Called online. The interview lasted for around 30 minutes. Was a behavioural interview. Standard questions were asked. The interview was conducted completely in Japanese with one question in English. They normally conduct their interviews face to face but covid forced them to do it online. After passing the interview, there is a written examination to he done.
Had an interview with a Pasona headhunter and then was invited to a panel interview with a Japanese firm. Was given positive feedback during the interview from the Japanese panelists. Pasona never followed up or gave status. After reaching out twice for feedback, they never responded. Not a professional firm.
