We think 4 days start to finish is pretty good and exceeds our internal benchmark of 7. I also am glad you found our process unique. We really strive to set ourselves apart in the candidates eyes. It sounds like we did that! You are correct in your assessment that we look for cultural fit over technology fit. We value our amazing culture and at every step of the process our culture is front and centre. Even the technology portion of the interview is %30 culture fit. We believe that because we spend 1/3 of our lives with our co-workers that they should fit into what we value.
