Applied online. Received a call 2 days later inviting me to interview. Interview was very informal, however I prefer this. Discussed previous roles & went into great detail about the role I was applying for.

Applied through BMW Careers and got a call a few days later. Interview was more like a friendly chat with lots of questions thrown it. Probably the most enjoyable interview but detailed at the same time. Can tell the manager is proud of her company.
