- Final Interview (a 6 hours interview divided in almost 8 steps, with the Founder, Manager and a Senior Developer)

15min - Analytical Case Prep
> Prepare for the Analytical case with the Recruiter
30min - Analytical Case Reading
> You reading the case alone.
30min - Analytical Case Q&A
> Ask questions about the case to the Manager
1h 15m - Analytical Case Execution
> You alone with two white boards. You have to explain an Algorithm, thinking process and resolve the problem.
1h - Analytical Case Review
> You with the Founder and the Manager shooting you questions about the case.
1h - Peer Lunch
> You eat o coffee with a Peer of Para eds asking you questions about your previous jobs, family and clarify if you have any doubt about the company.
20min - Level Case Prep
> A "real" problem in production and how you are going to solve it as a team.
1h 15m - Level Case Review
> Manager shooting questions about how do you solve the case. That includes a 7min prep for another question about people handling.
