Entretien
Initial phone screen, followed by telephone and teleconference interviews by 3 individuals. Several weeks passed between interviews and an offering being made. Interviewers and HR recruiter were pleasant, helpful, informative and kind. Benefits are comparable to my current CRO employer. Salary range was higher end of acceptable. Company came highly recommended to me by current employees.

Muy tranquila, hicieron un par de preguntas en ingles, el resto en espanol. Preguntaron experiencia pasada, actual y expectativas de futuro. Consultaron sueldo pretendido y disponibilidad para viajar La duracion total de la entrevista fue de aproximandamente 30 minutos.
multiple rounds of review from initial HR call to hiring manager call to calls with a couple of other people and then another round of calls. It is a long process that took about 3 months. Not too different from other companies though

The interview was very well structured and organized. It gave me ample opportunity to provide the relevant details to interviewer. This helped everyone to assess my profile during the interview process
