J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Parch Hill (Croydon, Angleterre)
Entretien
Very few questions were asked of me. The interviewer went through my employment history step by step and then it felt like a lot of time was spent trying to sell the place to me instead of the other way around. It was quite frustrating because I was basically told that my experience didn't make me suitable for an Education Manager, but that I could be a tutor for a year first. I feel that this is something that I should have been told before being called for interview as my experience was very clearly set out in my CV. It felt like they were desperate to recruit tutors rather than a suitable Education Manager.
