It was very complete and took place at many levels of human resources as I was applying to assist one of the top CE Executives of the studio. I was brought in many times to meet multiple people at each interview and had to supply multiple personal and professional references. There was also a waiting period as they did a complete background check. I was very pleased that they were taking the filing of this role so seriously as it was for one of the top executives
