Long process, have to make it through the College Relations dept. and they set you up with someone to interview with. You don't get to pick the department you get an interview with. The ladies who interviewed me did most of the talking which was different than any other interview experience I've had. They probably asked me three questions over the course of an hour long interview.

There was one AI text-based interview, a phone screening with a recruiter over a month later, then a Zoom call with the hiring manager. I got the results a week after meeting with the hiring manager.
