Saw the position online and applied through MTV's careers website. After a few weeks, I was contacted for an interview. Seemed to go well, but I never heard from anyone even after following up. They seem to post new openings for similar positions often.

Always difficult answering why you want to leave your current job. Seems like it shouldn't matter why as often it's because of something that should be kept private.
Pretty straight forward, must know your stuff and be ready to actively switch topics. What shows are you watching? What is something you'd change about a script? How do you handle stress at work etc.
the interview process was fairly standard but you need to know that you need an inside referral to get past the recruiter AI screening and then everyone was very nice and the process traditional
