They e-mailed me saying I got an interview. I spoke on the phone with an HR coordinator. She helped me find a position that fit my interests and skills. She gave me contact information for the department head. I set up an interview with the department.

The process was pretty normal and the people were nice. I did a first round interview with a recruiter and then a second round interview with two people in the department.
