J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Paramount
Entretien
Sent in a cover letter through my schools job portal. I got a call back and I went in thinking it was a normal interview .It was the weirdest interview I have ever been to. The questions were so weird that when I tell people they all laugh. I guess, I walked away with a memorable story. Plus, the guy is pretty notorious for being "out of the box", if you catch my drift.

Question 1
What do you know about me?
What do you know about my assistant/ previous intern? ( I'm being serious, it was asked)
What do you know about Viacom?
If you were in a room with fifty people and everyone had to say a quality about themselves that stands them apart, what would you say stands you apart that none of the fifty people before said?
Interview process was very conversational, with casual questions on the experience and resume. Went in detail into recent experiences on the resume and asked me to elaborate on specific skills and weaknesses. Overall very positive experience

The interview consisted of two phone calls - one with a recruiter and then one with the hiring manager who you would work under. The interviews aren’t long and consist of learning more about the role and company and answering some questions.
The interview was okay. The people were nice. On my way in a worker asked to touch my Afro and that was bothersome to me. But the questions were thought provoking and helped make the process enjoyable and more conversation like.
