I was contacted directly by a company recruiter. In the first interview, the recruiter discussed the role and asked personal and technical questions. This was later followed by a technical interview.

They asked a lot of general questions from my resume, but they did not schedule formally for interviewing. They would call me randomly. I didn't think it was professional and I sent them a follow up email after a week from the interview about when to hear back for the next steps and took them a week to respond back to reject me.
