This is a very lengthy process. Had an initial phone call with 4 questions meant to weed out people from applying as it is a trainee/intern position that will require you to relocate when finished. If you pass it, you go in for a small group interview. They read from a list of prepared questions which were the basic behavioral questions. Waited a week or so, then was invited to a larger panel interview. Once again, everyone had lists of behavioral questions to pummel you with for another hour. Supposedly there was on more round but I didn't make it. Throughout they were beyond professional, they kept you in the know and were exceptionally friendly people.
