Interview process took less than a week to complete. Soon after offer, I had to submit for drug test and background check. When that was all complete, I entered the credentialing process. Afterwards onboarding took over a month. Even when I called the credential verification specialist in charge of my packet, I never got a return call. Very unprofessional onboarding, and I had no other resource in the company to turn to. I had all of my exams, certifications, and vaccination documentation in line and submitted them within hours of their request.

Training done onsite with annual review done on conevience of home. HCA is very particular about their safety policy with constant computer based competencies to ensure compliance with current and ongoing practices. This is a plus for them and for each employee. The time spent performing these tasks is paid for at a reduced rate from what your clinical pay is.
