I was asked my age 3 time Asked if I had kids twice Were untruthful about scope of job Unorganized Controller attempted to be stern Did not have a grasp of customer service They acknowledged customer service problem, but we're intentiallu unclear of how bad it is. I was advised we could be friends outside of work, but inside it is work only.
