I applied online via their website. The full process took about 2 weeks. I went through two rounds of interviews, one screening phone call, followed by a virtual technical interview. Everyone I spoke with at Paradigm were extremely friendly and nice, and the overall experience was positive. The only critique I'd offer for a better candidate experience would be to provide feedback on why you didn't move forward with them.
