Contacted by corporate recruiter by email to arrange call, spoke with recruiter on phone 2 days later, recruiter informed me that he would send information to supervisors to arrange first interview 2. First interview is with a Sr. Sales Team Leader, and a Sales Supervisor, video conference, what would you do in this scenario type of questions, interview went 1 hr and 10 minutes, very enjoyable 3. Second interview is with a manager at Corporate and Site Leader (both are upper management from what I gather in charge of supervisors and team of 30+) Lasted about an hour, role play, even more scenario based questions, this interview is a little more hardball, but still, good interview experience. One manager seemed very engaging and motivating, where the other seemed more interrogative, almost felt like a good cop/bad cop scenario in a way lol.
