I had a good online interview and then one in person which felt a bit awkward. They just didn’t seem very friendly and like they had made their mind up (I’m in my 40s which made me feel the oldest). I didn’t get the role and had to chase for an answer.

Quite formal (three rounds for a temporary role). I had to chance for an answer which was disappointing - for all the formality I felt I wouldn’t have heard back had I not chased.
