I was asked what was my availability. They explained the duties of the position. They extended me the offer on the spot and was told to go to training the next day.
No interview was given. I simply filled out an application and was asked questions about my weekly availability. The managers were young and clearly just looked for a quick hire.
Easy basic questions background. Hours available, experience, reliable transportation, people skills, hands on skills, cleanliness, on time, attendance, abseetism, team work, leadership. Manager was great and offered job on the spot. Quick background check and drug test was ready for work next day

The interview process was the manager asking questions about my qualifications. They also asked about any of my skills that could be handy.
