The process begins with an AI screening. This one at least allowed a chat option vs. having to speak to the robot, but these are always unpleasant to begin with. They ghosted after the AI screen and never provided feedback either way. It left a bad taste in my mouth end-to-end - if you are going to use an AI screener, at least have the decency to send a rejection email after a candidate has spent the time to complete the interview.

Question 1
Describe a time you owned a complex product launch in a B2B2C or marketplace-style environment. How did you balance end-user needs with enterprise/client requirements, and what business outcome did you drive?

Similar to other candidates, was invited to complete an AI screener (which had a chat option). Following the screener completion, I was invited to move to the "next step in your application process," which was a basic form asking about residency, salary expectations, and start date. The messaging stated "Once we receive your responses, we'll be in touch about next steps." Nobody replied. I tried contacting someone at the company via LinkedIn because I had no other human to contact, but that didn't result in any next steps. Seems like this company tried to push hiring out to an AI farm at the expense of candidates, without the intention to reply, which is the worst-case scenario in the current job market.

Basic behavioral questions with positive "feedback" from the AI chatbot. Nothing from a human, ever.
