phone interviewed and talked about my resume and some language fundamental.
And, I was invited to the onsite. Everyone was nice, had a welcoming environment. The office was small but comfortable. The only bad thing was they never got back to me after the interview. Of course, I asked them by e-mail regarding my result, but I got no replies, which is not a professional manner. Engineers were all nice and very smart, and I definitely want to learn and work with them.

The job post says: "At Pantheon, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role". So they're basically lying about their salary range, and trying to pay as little as possible.
