Typical process of intial recruiter screening, then interview with some of your potential team members, then interview with hiring manager. Everyone was super friendly and you were able to stay well informed by the recruiters of the different stages in the process.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Panorama Education (San Francisco, CA) en janv. 2020

My first call was with the recruiter before being introduced to the Director of Sales and Outreach team in San Francisco. At the time, one of the co-founders was moving to the Bay Area and was also involved in the interview process. After meeting with the recruiter, I had one 30 minute session with the executive team and a 1 hour video call with the Director of Sales and Outreach Director.
The team did move me along to a final onsite in San Francisco that was an open conversation with co-founder and another Outreach Director. Everyone was very open with preparation around questions and how to highlight past experiences that were relevant to what it would take to be successful at Panorama.

I did not make it past the phone screening, however, I recognized that the recruiter did everything right so I wanted to share.
1. I received a prompt outreach after I applied ( within 24 hours)
2. Communication was clear
3. My phone screen was 25 minutes long, friendly and genuine
4. I received a response to my thank you email which I was not expecting
5. I was given a timeline for follow up
6. I received a courteous "rejection" email. It was written very tastefully and again felt genuinely optimistic for my success in my job search.
7. Overall, the recruiter gained my trust during the initial communication and phone screen
I get the feeling that Panorama Education has a specific plan for the direction of their company. I also want to compliment the recruiter, though I will not put her name, she will know.
