When I first entered I was greeted by a very nice cashier and offered a coffee or water, I chose water. I had an interview with the assistant manager Gina. She was taking inventory and was 20 minutes late from the scheduled time sitting down with me. She seemed uneasy and like she didn't want to interview, really. She asked me the standard questions that are mentioned here already, and said that she doesn't think I'm a good fit for the company. I asked why and she said "We like upbeat and outgoing people here" and she was neither. I said I think I'm a very good fit for the company, I read about the company and enjoyed what I read so I applied. I'm a guy who's always smiling. She then said she'll schedule an interview with her boss in a few days to see me. Then she gave me two different names, a day and time. I'm going back for a second interview. I'll post a review after that as well.
The process was pretty simple and easy. I applied online and then came in for an in person interview that was like 15 minutes long. Was offered the position the next day.

The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth
