J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Panera Bread (Atlanta, GA) en sept. 2015
Entretien
The process went well. I originally applied for a different position, but the General Manager told me they were looking for cooks so I took it. We talked about scheduling and payment and what not. Nothing struck out as being out of the ordinary about the interview.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
It was all pretty standard stuff like "Why do you want to work for Panera?" and "How would you be a good fit for the company?" and "Are you alright with cross-training?"

Entretien
Casual interview process, so you can wear t-shirt, jeans, and tennis shoes. The interview was only get-to-know you questions and then asking when you can start from what I can remember.
The interview was brief and friendly. The manager asked about my availability, teamwork, and kitchen experience, plus how I handle customers, pressure, and cleanliness. I explained my skills and enthusiasm.
