I came into the store location and told someone at the register I was here for an interview and gave the name of the individual I was interviewing with. I then sat at a table for about 15 minutes waiting for the manager to come and interview me. After I answered my last question, she hired me on the spot and had me sign my documents.

Easy process. Quick and easy questions. Why do you want to work here? They also ask you what your desired salary is. Ask 0.50 cents above, sometimes they will give it to you. I did.

Applying online was easy. I was contacted by phone call to set up and interview and went into the cafe for an interview with a manager. I received an offer on the spot, but typically I believe they would have called to offer a role.
