I applied online and the manager called me the next day and set up an interview for a couple hours later. The questions she asked were pretty standard interview questions, the manager was really interested in getting to know who I was. She said she would have hired me if I wasn't in town for just the summer, even though I made that clear on my application.
The process was pretty simple and easy. I applied online and then came in for an in person interview that was like 15 minutes long. Was offered the position the next day.

The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth
