Easy, Quick. Very nice staff. Asked basic questions, this is an entry level job position. The hiring manager was friendly and straight forward about what the job entails specifically because at the time I was under 18; therefore, there would be certain jobs I would not be able to do until I was of age such as clean the bagel machine.
The process was pretty simple and easy. I applied online and then came in for an in person interview that was like 15 minutes long. Was offered the position the next day.

The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth
