Applied online and received a phonecall less than 24 hours later. Interview was very fast and cordial; manager was extremely nice; offered a job on the spot. We discussed availability and manager was very understanding of my strict schedule. Very good experience, though I might just be lucky. Looking forward to working there (training in 2wks)
The process was pretty simple and easy. I applied online and then came in for an in person interview that was like 15 minutes long. Was offered the position the next day.

The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth
