The process was pretty simple and easy. I applied online and then came in for an in person interview that was like 15 minutes long. Was offered the position the next day.

Ethel interview was very casual, I would recommend looking business casual, maybe black jeans and a nice shirt and make your hair look nice but some people just wore school shirts and shorts and flip flops and still got the job. I would also recommend being familiar with the menu as they will ask you your favorite item if you say you eat there regularly.

The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth
