I applied online in February. It took until the middle of May to hear back. I met with the scheduling manager for the interview. It was a very relaxed conversation about past jobs, Panera as a company, what my duties would be, and what kind of learner I tend to be. I was called the same evening and offered the job
The process was pretty simple and easy. I applied online and then came in for an in person interview that was like 15 minutes long. Was offered the position the next day.

The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth
