I applied online. I got a call from HR about a week later. I was then passed on the next week with the DM. The interview went well. I was applying for the Asst Mgr job. As soon as the interview was over I was to call the HR lady and tell her how it went. Two days later I get a call from someone else stating that I was applying for the Bakers Job. I never appled for this as I was applying for a Mgr job. I called the HR lady and she would never return my calls. Was so weird and to this day I dont get what happened. The interview with the DM went very well.

Entretien
It was professional and casual at the restaurant. Easy to talk with the recruiter. I didn't ultimately choose it at the time but it was pleasant enough. I think they hire from within and I was hoping to start as a GM
A recruiter reached out to me, before telling me what company the posting was specifically for he insisted on “re-working” my resume, but removed my most recent relevant experience and filled it with buzz words. I either from the process after my first phone interview with the recruiter because he was making the process convoluted and difficult.

Why do you think you would be a good fit? (Recruiter had reached out to me hasn’t told me what company the role was with yet, just sent a vague description)
Walked in they asked can I do the job. I said yes. I was hired. I started as a normal associate and moved up to am after 7 years through college and after.
